Will an estimate cost anything?

No, we give estimates free of charge.

Will you do a small job?

We take on any and every job, regardless of the size.

Do you do aluminum fences?

Yes, we have a wide selection of vinyl, wood, and aluminum fences.

How soon can you come to build my fence?

We keep a very well-stocked lot in order to serve you quickly. Normally, we can be out in a week to ten days.

Do I need to be home for you to build my fence?

Not at all. Once we have agreed on what type of fence to build and where it goes we will come back and show our crews

Do I need to call Miss Utility?

No. As your contractor, we take care of that.

I have a Home Owners Association (H.O.A.) and need to wait for approval. Can you meet their requirements?

In most cases we can build your fence in accordance with what your H.O.A. mandates.

Will you wait for the H.O.A. approval?

We understand an H.O.A. meets only once or twice per month, and we can certainly wait a little while for your fence to be approved.

How long will it take to build my fence?

Typically it takes us only about one day to build a fence.

What payment options are available?

We require one-half the cost of your fence as a down payment to get the job started, which you may pay with a personal check or cash. The other half of payment is due the date of completion. We have now begun to accept credit cards as an additional means of payment. Ask your sales representative for details.

Should I treat my fence right away?

Wooden fence is already fully treated with ACQ (Pressure Treatment). You may wish to wait a few months to allow it to "cure" a bit, and then you may treat or paint your fence.

Yes. The warranty is good for one year. Ask your sales representative for details
